Working with Clemson Football has allowed me to push outside of my creative ability. At the beginning, I struggled with manipulation graphics. Over the past couple years, my skills have improved immensely but still have room to grow. Being able to have the creative freedom in design while staying within a brand guideline tests my ability but is so much fun. Here are some of the graphics I have made while working with Clemson Football!
I was given the statistic of "Clemson's 12 consecutive 10 win seasons" to make a graphic out of to be sent out to recruits. I then stayed within Clemson's brand guidelines to use specific fonts and colors in the design. For the cutouts, I used various pictures from recent games and active players. To keep it balanced, I made sure the orange and white jerseys correlated, and the direction of the players' helmets were also balanced. In the center, Dabo is seen smiling with the background being the fireworks from the stadium. I created boarders with purple lines, and used the overlay blending mode to add grain and texture to the design.
